Heatmap WordPress Plugin Video

I created a quick video to show members of Wealthy Affiliate how it works, I may create another video but for now I'm just going to post the same video here. It's not the greatest video on how the heatmap plugin works, but you should get the point and clearly see how having the ability to see exactly where visitors are clicking is going to help you.

Basically the wordpress heatmap plugin tracks every single click of the mouse and displays it on a heat map from inside the blog admin area. 

It works with all major browsers like Firefox, Internet Explorer, Chrome, Opera and Safari. Also because Click Heat Dynamo tracks every click by element and the exact position on that element the click occurred it can ACCURATELY track clicks from ANY resolution.

Installing A SQL Database Backup Video

Installing a wordpress database backup isn't that hard, but for many people this can be very scary. In this video that I posted on a new blog I've been working on, I show you exactly how to install the backup SQL file.

If you have a self hosted wordpress blog then you should already installed a plugin called "WP-DB-Backup" also called "WordPress Database Backup". It's 100% free and you can have it setup to email you the database backup daily or weekly etc.

FaceBook Comments & Like Button Video

Have you ever wanted to add Facebook comments to your wordpress blog?

In this video I'm going to show one method of doing this using a free wordpress plugin.

Step 1: Sign up for Facebook Developers.

Step 2: Create application for blog.

Step 3: Install "Facebook comments for wordpress" plugin on your blog.

Step4: Copy blog application ID from Facebook and Paste into plugin setting ID field on blog.

How To Upload & Install WP Theme's & Plugins

Learn how to install a wordpress theme or plugins, in the short video below I show you how to install a theme and plugin via the blog admin area plus via core ftp.

Note: Always check that the blog is working after you install a new plugin or theme, if you run into any problems deactivate or delete the last item uploaded or activated.  Several times I've had people come to me asking for help with the wordpress blank page problem. The home page and admin login page is completely blank.

This is normally caused when a plugin is causing a conflict or not compatible with the current version of wordpress.
If this happens to you, login to your hosting via file manager or ftp, delete or rename the last plugin installed. Check to see if it solved the problem, if it didn't try the another plugin.  When doing this via ftp you can see the date and time the plugin folder was uploaded, this is good if you can't remember what the last plugin uploaded was called.
